Localização:

Esta vaga conta com uma modalidade de trabalho híbrido com um esquema de duas vezes por semana em nossos escritórios de São Paulo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver queries SQL complexas (múltiplas tabelas, CTEs, window functions) em bases grandes.
  • Criar e manter dashboards de Marketing e Produto (Power BI, Tableau ou similar).
  • Traduzir perguntas de negócio ambíguas em análises estruturadas e acionáveis.
  • Identificar proativamente oportunidades de crescimento, otimização e eficiência.
  • Apoiar decisões de investimento em canais, segmentação de campanhas, produto.
  • Desenhar e analisar experimentos (A/B tests) que validem hipóteses de crescimento.
  • Segmentação e clusterização de bases de usuários.
  • Graduação ou avançado em Ciências de Dados, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia de pelo menos 5 anos trabalhando com SQL para criação e otimização de consultas em bancos de dados relacionais e de dados não estruturados.
  • Experiência de pelo menos 3 anos com ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Power BI, Tableau, ou similares.
  • Experto com Excel, incluindo o uso de fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e gráficos.
  • Conhecimento de pelo menos 1 ano em Python para automações e análises de grandes volumes de dados.

Habilidades:

  • Fortes habilidades em resolução de problemas e pensamento crítico.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia com proatividade e senso de dono.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em um ambiente de equipe.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência prévia com análise de dados em ambientes de marketing/Produtos.
  • Experiência em Fintechs.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação de marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de produtos e analítica de eventos (preferencialmente Appsflyer e GA4).
