Localización:

Esta vacante cuenta con una modalidad de trabajo 100% remota desde Montevideo, Uruguay.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar de manera autónoma soluciones tecnológicas simples, rastreables, robustas y escalables, garantizando calidad, capacidad de prueba y claridad en el código.
  • Desarrollar aplicaciones de punta a punta de forma independiente en un ecosistema de microservicios.
  • Convertir problemas poco definidos en tareas más pequeñas, organizarlas en orden lógico y paralelizarlas.
  • Participar activamente en revisiones de código, aportando feedback constructivo.
  • Comprender el dominio del problema y el funcionamiento de los microservicios relacionados con el producto.
  • Colaborar con desarrolladores, product managers y otras áreas para entender y desafiar las soluciones propuestas.
  • Actuar junto con el equipo en el soporte a producción, aprendiendo y utilizando herramientas de monitoreo.
  • Demostrar ambición y compromiso con su desarrollo técnico y con la entrega de valor al negocio.
  • Optimizar aplicaciones para garantizar SLA y disponibilidad en un entorno de producción crítico.
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en desarrollo Frontend utilizando React.js y Node.js / Next.js
  • Dominio de maquetado responsive y estilizado con Tailwind CSS, HTML5 y CSS3
  • Se valorará experiencia trabajando con Java/Kotlin (ecosistema Spring).
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años con bases de datos NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc) y SQL.
  • Experiencia en 3 años trabajando con API Rest, manejo de estado global (Ejemplo: Zustand) y/o gestión de estado asíncrono/caching (Ejemplo: TanStack Query).
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de software, trabajando en sistemas de complejidad media.
  • Familiaridad con pipelines de desarrollo y versionamiento de código GIT.
  • Capacidad de desarrollar código con buena capacidad de prueba (tests automatizados, unitarios y/o de integración) Ejemplo: Jest, React Testing Library, cypress/playwright, etc.
  • Experiencia en buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software.
  • Experiencia en herramientas de observabilidad (Datadog, New Relic o similares).
  • Experiencia usando herramientas de IA en su flujo de desarrollo diario (ej. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), con criterio para revisar, validar y testear el código generado.

  • Proactividad para buscar conocimiento y resolver problemas con autonomía.
  • Curiosidad técnica y pensamiento crítico: cuestiona el porqué de las soluciones, buscando entender el impacto en el negocio.
  • Buena comunicación interpersonal, colaborando con claridad y empatía dentro y fuera del equipo.
  • Receptividad a feedbacks y apertura a capacitaciones con foco en el crecimiento continuo.
  • Responsabilidad con plazos y entregas, sabiendo equilibrar autonomía con la solicitud de ayuda.
  • Disposición para colaborar en equipo, aportar ideas y ayudar a perfiles menos experimentados cuando sea posible.
