Localização:

Esta vaga conta com uma modalidade de trabalho híbrida com um esquema de duas vezes por semana em nossos escritórios de São Paulo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ser responsável pela estratégia completa de lifecycle do usuário, do onboarding à recompra, retenção e reativação, garantindo coerência entre todas as jornadas de comunicação.
  • Gerir, desenvolver e orientar liderados, distribuindo prioridades, revisando experimentos e garantindo qualidade técnica das entregas.
  • Traduzir dados de comportamento, transação e engajamento em decisões estratégicas, definindo prioridades de experimentação e alocação de investimento por canal.
  • Garantir que o time opere com disciplina de testes A/B, grupos de controle e leitura de incrementalidade, elevando a maturidade experimental da área.
  • Atuar como ponte entre CRM e Data Science, incorporando modelos de propensity, scoring e segmentação avançada nas estratégias de comunicação.
  • Apresentar resultados e direcionamentos estratégicos para a liderança, com métricas claras de impacto.
  • Experiência sólida e comprovada com gestão direta, desenvolvimento e liderança de pessoas.
  • Pelo menos 3 anos trabalhando com CRM e/ou lifecycle marketing, com vivência em fintech, e-commerce ou marketplace.
  • Conhecimento técnico em SQL para consulta e análise de dados.
  • Experiência com Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados.
  • Domínio de Salesforce Marketing Cloud e/ou plataformas equivalentes de marketing automation.
  • Vivência com uso de IA aplicada a CRM (segmentação, personalização, otimização de comunicação).
  • Forte capacidade analítica para traduzir dados comportamentais e transacionais em planos de ação e estratégias de negócio.
  • Nivel de inglês intermediário.

Desejável:

  • Vivência em BNPL ou fintech.
  • Conhecimento de Databricks ou ambientes de big data.
  • Nivel de Espanhol intermediário.

Habilidades:

  • Visão estratégica de jornada: Desenhar e otimizar réguas de comunicação focando em conversão e retenção.
  • Orientação a dados: Decidir ações e prioridades com base em métricas reais e leitura de testes.
  • Autonomia e execução: Operar fluxos e automações de forma independente e eficiente no dia a dia.
  • Resolução de problemas: Identificar gargalos em campanhas e atuar rapidamente em correções e ajustes.
  • Trabalho em equipe: Colaborar com squads e áreas parceiras para alinhar comunicados e ofertas. Mentalidade de testes: Buscar constante melhoria de resultados por meio de testes A/B contínuos.
