Ben jij een ervaren manager die makkelijk schakelt tussen mensen, klanten en cijfers? Weet jij medewerkers mee te nemen, sterke klantrelaties op te bouwen en tegelijkertijd te sturen op gezonde bedrijfsresultaten?

Als Operations Manager Zuid-Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operatie binnen jouw regio. Je geeft leiding aan medewerkers, bent verantwoordelijk voor klanten en klantrelaties en combineert people management met commercieel en financieel inzicht.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en financiële prestaties binnen Zuid-Nederland. Je houdt overzicht over de operatie, weet wat er speelt bij medewerkers en klanten en stuurt actief op het resultaat van jouw regio.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan de dagelijkse operatie binnen Zuid-Nederland.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers binnen de regio.
  • Sturen op omzet, marge en financieel resultaat binnen de regio.
  • Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van relaties met klanten.
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Zorgen voor een goede balans tussen medewerkers, klanten, operatie en resultaat.

Functie-eisen

Wat breng je mee?

Voor deze positie zoeken we een ervaren people manager met bij voorkeur een technische achtergrond en ervaring binnen een serviceorganisatie. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een goed financieel begrip en kunt schakelen tussen medewerkers, klanten, operatie en resultaat.

Belangrijk voor deze functie:

  • Ervaring met het leidinggeven aan medewerkers.
  • Affiniteit met een technische werkomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een serviceorganisatie.
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht.
  • Goede financiële kennis en inzicht in bedrijfsresultaten.
  • Ervaring met het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van klantrelaties.
  • Het vermogen om te sturen op omzet, marge en resultaat.
  • Een praktische en resultaatgerichte manier van leidinggeven.
