Ben jij een servicemonteur die graag sleutelt aan groot materieel? Als Servicemonteur Rollend Materieel in de regio Rotterdam werk je aan heavy heftrucks, lift trucks, reachstackers en empty container handlers die dagelijks worden ingezet in havens, terminals en industriële omgevingen. Je verdient een salaris tot €5.000 bruto per maand, krijgt een volledig uitgeruste servicebus en werkt zelfstandig bij klanten in de regio Rotterdam.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Servicemonteur Rollend Materieel in de regio Rotterdam werk jij dagelijks aan zwaar rollend materieel zoals heavy heftrucks, lift trucks, reachstackers en empty container handlers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze machines veilig, betrouwbaar en continu blijven draaien. Stilstand kost geld en dankzij jouw expertise blijft de operatie in beweging.

In de ochtend start je bij een klant waar een heavy forklift is uitgevallen. Jij analyseert de storing, bepaalt direct de juiste aanpak en zorgt dat de machine weer veilig en snel operationeel wordt.

In de middag voer je gepland onderhoud uit aan een reachstacker of empty handler. Je controleert hydrauliek, aandrijflijnen, motoren en elektronische systemen en geeft de klant advies over preventief onderhoud en mogelijke verbeteringen.

Je werkt zelfstandig in de regio Rotterdam, hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en bent hun technische aanspreekpunt op locatie. Jij bent het gezicht van Konecranes.

Wat ga jij doen?

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan heavy heftrucks, lift trucks, reachstackers en empty container handlers
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen op mechanisch, motorisch, hydraulisch en elektrisch gebied
  • Inspecties uitvoeren en rapporteren volgens de geldende richtlijnen
  • Nieuwe machines installeren en assisteren bij inbedrijfstelling
  • Klanten adviseren over veilig gebruik, onderhoud en technische verbeteringen
  • Digitale servicerapportages bijhouden en verbeterpunten signaleren

Functie-eisen

Dit neem jij mee

  • Een afgeronde MBO‑opleiding zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Autotechniek, Mechatronica of Voertuigtechniek
  • Ervaring met heftrucks, reachstackers of ander industrieel of havenmaterieel is een plus
  • Basiskennis van hydrauliek en elektronica of de bereidheid om dit bij ons te leren
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en denkt in oplossingen
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om te werken in de regio Rotterdam
