Bij Kopal krijg je de ruimte om ons productgamma verder te ontwikkelen en de kwaliteit ervan te versterken. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en ziet het resultaat van je werk terug in onze producten en bij onze klanten.

Jouw impact

  • Je leidt productverbeterings- en ontwikkelingsprojecten van A tot Z: van klantbehoefte en conceptontwikkeling tot engineering, prototyping, testen, certificering, opstart productie en marktintroductie
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert het volledige bestaande productportfolio en bepaalt samen met de directie de prioriteiten voor verdere ontwikkeling
  • Je vertaalt input van Sales en klanten naar technisch haalbare, kwalitatieve en commercieel relevante oplossingen
  • In nauwe samenwerking met R&D en onze technisch tekenaars, en in overleg met de productieverantwoordelijken, bewaak je de planning en voortgang van projecten en coördineer je de technische besluitvorming
  • Je bewaakt en verbetert kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, analyseert interne en externe kwaliteitsafwijkingen en zet structurele verbetering in gang op vlak van producten en processen
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en bent een centraal aanspreekpunt voor productontwikkeling en productkwaliteit
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met productontwikkeling, engineering of technische projectcoördinatie in een productieomgeving
  • Kennis van een tekenprogramma zoals bvb. Inventor is een pluspunt
  • Je begrijpt hoe ontwerp, maakbaarheid, kostprijs, kwaliteit en marktbehoeften elkaar beïnvloeden
  • Je organiseert projecten gestructureerd, neemt eigenaarschap en communiceert vlot met verschillende teams
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement en met staal, aluminium, poorten of aanverwante producten is een sterke troef
