The posting

Korton helpt organisaties hun IT omgeving veilig, stabiel en toekomstbestendig in te richten. Nu bouwen we ook ons eigen AI platform, met één duidelijke ambitie: heel Korton moet excelleren in AI. Als AI Engineer zorg jij dat dat platform niet alleen bestaat, maar ook echt gebruikt wordt.

Je bent de technisch eigenaar van onze AI native operatie. Je configureert, implementeert en beheert AI toepassingen binnen de kaders van het platform, voor Team Platform en voor alle andere afdelingen. Waar de AI Platform Engineer generiek bouwt, maak jij het lokaal werkend. Je hoeft daarvoor geen senior softwareontwikkelaar te zijn: de complexe infrastructuur, architectuur en standaarden komen van je collega's in hetzelfde team. Jij begrijpt die bouwstenen en zet ze in de praktijk in.

De organisatie & Team Platform

Korton werkt met drie klantenteams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Deze worden ondersteund door één centraal Platformteam: het fundament waarop wordt gebouwd en geïnnoveerd. Binnen het Platform team werk je nauw samen met de AI Platform Engineer (je vaste sparringpartner), de Platform Engineers en de IT Architect. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Platform.

  • Je hebt sterke affiniteit met technologie en AI;
  • Je maakt makkelijk contact en begrijpt hoe werk in de praktijk wordt gedaan;
  • Je legt technische zaken helder uit en helpt collega's graag op weg;
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig;
  • Je voelt je eigenaar van wat er na de eerste implementatie gebeurt;
  • Je hebt interesse in monitoring, kwaliteit, risico en continu verbeteren;
  • Je leert snel en werkt prettig binnen een technisch kader.

Dit ga je doen

Configureren en implementeren

  • Je configureert en rolt integraties, agents, tools en workflows uit;
  • Je sluit lokale systemen aan op de platformstandaarden van het Platform team;
  • Je werkt met centrale templates voor integraties via API, MCP en A2A;
  • Je configureert autorisaties, klantcontext en lokale procesregels;
  • Je implementeert en test nieuwe skills en workflows.

Beheer en kwaliteit

  • Je controleert of workflows correct, betrouwbaar en binnen de kaders werken;
  • Je monitort fouten, uitzonderingen, menselijke correcties en escalaties;
  • Je onderhoudt lokale integraties en configuraties;
  • Je voert periodieke controles uit op logging, risicomatrices en autonomieniveaus;
  • Je werkt volgens ons informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en legt procedures en werkprocessen goed vast.

Adoptie en samenwerking

  • Je helpt collega's in alle afdelingen bij het gebruik van nieuwe AI toepassingen;
  • Je ondersteunt de klantenteams vanuit jouw expertise;
  • Je signaleert wanneer een lokaal probleem om een generieke platformoplossing vraagt;
  • Je vertaalt samen met de Manager Platform, IT Architect of AI Platform Engineer use cases naar werkende oplossingen;
  • Je doet voorstellen om processen en dienstverlening te verbeteren en neemt de leiding bij de uitvoering.
