Ben jij zelfredzaam genoeg om zelfstandig op een klantlocatie te werken, maar weet je ook precies wanneer je een ervaren collega erbij haalt? Dan zoeken we jou als Cloud Support Engineer op locatie bij onze klant in Doorn.

Dit ga je doen

Als Cloud Support Engineer ben je vier dagen per week het eerste aanspreekpunt op locatie bij de klant. Je bent zowel technisch vraagbaak als de vertrouwde hulp achter het bureau van de eindgebruiker.

  • Je behandelt inkomende incidenten, verzoeken en vragen van eindgebruikers. Zowel aan de balie, telefonisch en via het ticketsysteem;
  • Je onderzoekt en verhelpt storingen aan werkplekken en de lokale IT-infrastructuur, en voert installaties, configuraties en preventief onderhoud uit;
  • Je zorgt dat de IT-omgeving van de klant optimaal blijft functioneren en grijpt zelfstandig in waar dat kan;
  • Je herkent wanneer een vraagstuk te complex wordt en schakelt dit gericht door naar je collega, de Cloud Support Specialist;
  • Je houdt zelf overzicht over je openstaande tickets en houdt gebruikers actief op de hoogte van de voortgang;
  • Je bent het gezicht van Korton op de klantlocatie: representatief, toegankelijk en oplossingsgericht.

  • Je hebt basiskennis van Microsoft 365, Azure/hybride cloudomgevingen en basisnetwerkconcepten (DNS, DHCP, VLAN's, TCP/IP);
  • Je hebt affiniteit met werkplekbeheer, bij voorkeur met Intune;
  • Je bent zelfredzaam: je werkt zelfstandig op een externe locatie, zonder dat er dagelijks een collega naast je zit, en durft daarin verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;
  • Nice to have: een certificaat zoals Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) of Cisco CCST Networking (100-150).
