  • Analyseren van complexe vraagstukken en hierover effectief sparren met collega's, managers en klanten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere innovatie en digitalisering van de auditpraktijk.
  • Ontwikkelen van kennis op het gebied van audit, verslaggeving, technologie en relevante wet- en regelgeving

Vacatureomschrijving

De auditwereld verandert sneller dan ooit. Artificial Intelligence, automatisering en data analytics zorgen ervoor dat controles steeds slimmer, efficiënter en inzichtgedrevener worden. Hierdoor verschuift de rol van de auditor van het uitvoeren van routinematige werkzaamheden naar het interpreteren van inzichten, het beoordelen van risico’s en het toepassen van professioneel oordeel.

Als Audit Associate Financial Services werk je vanaf dag één mee aan de controle van banken, verzekeraars en andere financiële instellingen. Je leert deze organisaties van binnenuit kennen en krijgt inzicht in een sector waarin financiële verslaggeving, risicomanagement en regelgeving nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Je analyseert financiële processen, onderzoekt risico’s en draagt bij aan de beoordeling van de betrouwbaarheid van financiële verslaggeving.

Daarbij maak je gebruik van moderne technologieën en AI-ondersteunde audittools. Je leert hoe je grote hoeveelheden data kunt inzetten om patronen en afwijkingen te identificeren, terwijl je kritisch blijft nadenken over de uitkomsten. Technologie helpt je sneller tot inzichten te komen, maar jouw professionele oordeel maakt uiteindelijk het verschil.

Binnen Financial Services werk je in multidisciplinaire teams voor grote en complexe organisaties. Je krijgt al vroeg verantwoordelijkheid, hebt direct contact met klanten en werkt samen met collega’s met verschillende expertises. Zo ontwikkel je niet alleen je kennis van audit, maar bouw je ook specialistische kennis op van de financiële sector.

Daarnaast investeren we volop in jouw ontwikkeling. Via trainingen, praktijkervaring, begeleiding op de werkvloer en het RA-traject ontwikkel je jezelf tot een toekomstbestendige auditor met specialistische kennis van Financial Services.

Goed om te weten: de eerst mogelijke startdatum voor deze functie is 1 september 2027.

Functie-eisen

  • Een hbo- of wo-diploma in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare studie.
  • De ambitie om Registeraccountant (RA) te worden.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en bent gemotiveerd om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Een nieuwsgierige en kritische mindset.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Het vermogen om goed samen te werken binnen diverse teams.
  • Een proactieve houding, eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • De bereidheid om continu te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Brutosalaris tussen € 3.060,- en € 3.265,-, winstuitkering, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,45 per gewerkte dag.
