Als Consultant SAP bij KPMG Technology word je onderdeel van ons SAP-team en werk je samen met ervaren consultants aan nationale en internationale transformatieprojecten. Binnen KPMG gebruiken we SAP-oplossingen om organisaties te ondersteunen bij digitale transformatie en het verbeteren van hun bedrijfsprocessen.

Je hoeft nog geen SAP-expert te zijn. We zoeken vooral starters die nieuwsgierig zijn naar hoe organisaties werken, affiniteit hebben met technologie en zich willen ontwikkelen tot SAP-consultant. Door middel van training, certificeringen, coaching en vooral ervaring op projecten ontwikkel je zowel je SAP-kennis als je consultancyvaardigheden. Deze nadruk op training, certificering en learning on the job sluit aan op hoe de huidige KPMG Consultant-vacature is opgebouwd.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Consultant SAP help je organisaties bij het verbeteren en digitaliseren van hun bedrijfsprocessen. Je werkt in multidisciplinaire teams en leert hoe je de behoeften van een klant vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen binnen SAP.

Afhankelijk van je interesses en de projecten waaraan je werkt, kun je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen verschillende onderdelen van SAP, bijvoorbeeld Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Distribution, Data & Analytics of SAP Technology & Architecture. De huidige SAP-practice werft en werkt over meerdere van deze domeinen, waarbij SAP S/4HANA centraal staat in veel van de transformaties.

Vanaf je eerste projecten werk je samen met ervaren KPMG-collega's en klanten. Je leert stap voor stap hoe een SAP-transformatie werkt, van het begrijpen en analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen tot het ontwerpen, testen en implementeren van oplossingen.

Als Consultant SAP houd je je onder andere bezig met:

  • Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en meedenken over hoe deze slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.
  • Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar functionele of technologische SAP-oplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij SAP S/4HANA-transformaties en implementaties.
  • Meewerken aan workshops en gesprekken met klanten en verschillende stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwerpen, configureren, testen en implementeren van SAP-oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, zoals Finance, Supply Chain, Data, Technology en Change.
  • Kennismaken met methodologieën en technologieën die binnen SAP-transformaties worden gebruikt, waaronder SAP Best Practices, fit-to-standard en KPMG Powered Enterprise. De huidige KPMG SAP-vacatures gebruiken Powered Enterprise en het zeslaagse Target Operating Model als onderdeel van de transformatieaanpak.
  • Ontdekken hoe nieuwe technologieën, waaronder AI, analytics en SAP BTP, kunnen bijdragen aan bedrijfstransformaties.
  • Continu ontwikkelen van je SAP-, consultancy- en communicatievaardigheden door middel van training, certificeringen, coaching en praktijkervaring.

Je hoeft dit natuurlijk niet vanaf dag één allemaal zelfstandig te kunnen. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden in je ontwikkeling. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen projecten.

Functie-eisen

We zoeken vooral naar jouw potentieel, nieuwsgierigheid en motivatie om SAP-consultant te worden.

Je hebt:

  • Een afgeronde universitaire masteropleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Business Administration, (Business) Information Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Econometrics, Engineering, Data, IT of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Interesse in de combinatie van business, processen en technologie.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en vindt het leuk om complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden.
  • Affiniteit met digitale transformatie en nieuwe technologie.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vindt het leuk om met klanten en collega's samen te werken.
  • Een proactieve, nieuwsgierige en leergierige houding.
  • De ambitie om jezelf zowel inhoudelijk als als consultant verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Interesse in SAP S/4HANA en de motivatie om relevante SAP-kennis en certificeringen op te bouwen.
  • Interesse in ontwikkelingen zoals AI en de motivatie om te ontdekken hoe je deze technologie praktisch kunt inzetten in je werk.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bereidheid om, afhankelijk van het project, bij klanten en binnen nationale of internationale teams te werken.

Eerdere SAP-ervaring is niet vereist. Ervaring met SAP, bijvoorbeeld via een stage, scriptie, universiteitsproject of studentconsultancy, is natuurlijk mooi meegenomen.
