  • Het adviseren van organisaties op strategisch niveau over de inrichting van een toekomstbestendige financiële functie en performance management.
  • Het leiden van grote en complexe, eventueel internationale projecten binnen het CFO-domein, waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de inhoudelijke koers, voortgang en kwaliteit en multidisciplinaire projectteams aanstuurt en coacht.
  • Het (her)inrichten en optimaliseren van de financiële functie, van target operating models en processen tot data, governance en technologie.
  • Het verbeteren van financiële sturing en managementinformatie, met thema’s zoals cost and profitability management, planning, budgeting & forecasting, Record-to-Report en ESG reporting.
  • Het signaleren en vertalen van trends, marktontwikkelingen en technologische innovaties naar vernieuwende oplossingen voor klanten en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze proposities.
  • Het initiëren en ontwikkelen van commerciële kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten en het vertalen van klantvraagstukken naar onderscheidende voorstellen en nieuwe opdrachten.
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met senior stakeholders en partners en optreden als strategische sparringpartner bij complexe vraagstukken.

Vacatureomschrijving

Binnen het Finance Transformation & Performance team zoeken we een Senior Manager met ruime ervaring in het adviseren van organisaties over de inrichting en verbetering van hun financiële functie en performance management.

Als Senior Manager Finance Transformation & Performance help je klanten bij het ontwikkelen van een heldere visie op de financiële functie en het vertalen daarvan naar concrete verbeteringen in organisatie, processen, governance, data en technologie. Dit doen we vanuit onze drie proposities: Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management en Global Business Services. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en expertise speel je een leidende rol binnen één of meerdere van deze proposities en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan.

Je kunt werken aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken, zoals financiële transformaties met thema’s als procesoptimalisatie, Shared Services, ERP-implementaties, digitalisering en AI, of het versterken van financiële sturing en besluitvorming, met thema’s zoals cost and profitability management, planning, budgeting & forecasting, Record-to-Report en ESG reporting.

Als Senior Manager ben je een strategische sparringpartner voor klanten en collega’s. Je leidt grote en complexe projecten, vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere strategische aanbevelingen en zorgt voor de succesvolle realisatie van impactvolle veranderingen. Je bouwt actief aan langdurige relaties met senior stakeholders en identificeert vanuit deze relaties nieuwe kansen voor onze dienstverlening. Daarnaast coach je collega’s in hun ontwikkeling, deel je jouw expertise binnen de organisatie en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en groei van onze proposities.

Functie-eisen

  • Een afgeronde WO-master in de richting (bedrijfs)economie, financieel management, bedrijfskunde of een MBA.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in consultancy en/of vergelijkbare advies- of transformatierollen, met ruime ervaring in projectmanagement en het leiden van complexe financiële transformaties en/of performance-managementprojecten met multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Ervaring met organisatieverandering, stakeholdermanagement op directie- en bestuursniveau en besluitvorming over organisatieonderdelen heen.
  • Goede kennis van trends en ontwikkelingen die belangrijk zijn voor CFO’s en het vermogen deze te vertalen naar strategische vraagstukken en oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en ruime ervaring in het succesvol realiseren van complexe projecten en het ontwikkelen en coachen van collega's.
  • Een sterk commercieel profiel en aantoonbare ervaring met business development, het ontwikkelen van voorstellen en het realiseren van nieuwe opdrachten.
  • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal op professioneel niveau, essentieel voor effectieve samenwerking met Nederlandse én internationale organisaties.
  • Affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en de motivatie om deze technologie actief toe te passen en te vertalen naar innovatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Brutomaandsalaris tussen € 6.120,- en € 8.850,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, variabele prestatie beloning, een vaste onkostenvergoeding en een vaste thuiswerkvergoeding per gewerkte dag.
