Die Aufgaben:

Unser Patientenmanagement ist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Patient:innen und begleitet sie kompetent von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung. Mit Engagement, Serviceorientierung und einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen sorgen wir für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine bestmögliche Patientenversorgung. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte gemeinsam mit uns ein modernes und patientenorientiertes Patientenmanagement.

  • Durchführung der stationären DRG-Abrechnung inkl. Kostenklärungen und Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen und sonstigen Kostenträgern und Klärung abrechnungsrelevanter Fragen
  • Organisation und Begleitung administrativer Prozesse von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung der Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Aufnahmeprozess
  • Meldung von Geburten an die zuständigen Behörden
  • Organisation und Abwicklung der administrativen Prozesse im Sterbefall, einschließlich der Kontaktaufnahme und Abstimmung mit Bestattungsunternehmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den medizinischen und pflegerischen Bereichen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern

Mit diesen Eigenschaften sind Sie bei uns genau richtig:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann bzw. Kauffrau im Gesundheitswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaus, insbesondere in der stationären Patientenverwaltung und DRG-Abrechnung erwünscht
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Abrechnungsbestimmungen sowie der Krankenhausabläufe
  • Hohe Service- und Patientenorientierung
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
