En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Contador Público Semi-Senior (Freelance Part-Time) para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

El rol se desempeñará en modalidad 100% remota bajo un esquema freelance part-time con asignación mensual fija, asumiendo la gestión contable y tributaria de las operaciones en Costa Rica con reporte directo hacia la matriz financiera en Ecuador. Serás el referente técnico responsable de garantizar la precisión de los estados financieros, la fluidez en la facturación y la convergencia operativa de los sistemas locales hacia la plataforma global de la compañía.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Liderar y ejecutar el cierre contable mensual garantizando la entrega oportuna y estandarizada de información financiera consolidada en dólares hacia la matriz en Ecuador.
  • Gestionar con total autonomía y exactitud el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias locales (Costa Rica) e intercompany, aplicando criterios de convenios internacionales y diferenciales cambiarios.
  • Evaluar, proponer y viabilizar la integración o migración del plan de cuentas y registros contables locales hacia el sistema corporativo (QuickBooks), optimizando la trazabilidad de los datos.
  • Articular la coordinación contable regional y compras asegurando tiempos de respuesta inmediatos para dinamizar la facturación y resolución de incidencias.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Contador Público Autorizado / Colegiado (CPA) con habilitación legal vigente para firmar estados financieros en Costa Rica.
  • Experiencia mínima comprobable de 3 a 4 años en posiciones de contabilidad general y tributaria en empresas del sector de servicios o tecnología (software, consultoría, intangibles).
  • Dominio exhaustivo de la legislación tributaria local, obligaciones impositivas periódicas y normas de facturación electrónica.
  • Conocimiento sólido en transacciones intercompany, tratados internacionales de doble tributación, conversión multimoneda y tratamiento de tipos de cambio.
  • Experiencia práctica operando o implementando sistemas contables y ERPs (deseable manejo de QuickBooks, SAP o sistemas contables locales).

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para gestionar prioridades de forma independiente, anticiparse a vencimientos y requerimientos de auditoría interna, y proponer soluciones concretas en lugar de limitarse a señalar bloqueos operativos.
  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para comunicarse con agilidad, claridad y sentido de urgencia con líderes de finanzas regionales, brindando visibilidad constante sobre entregables críticos.
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para operar en esquemas contables duales, adaptarse a normativas de múltiples jurisdicciones de LATAM y estructurar procesos en entornos dinámicos.
