En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Gerente de Proyecto para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales en Ciudad de Panamá.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Planificar, controlar y optimizar el alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y matriz de riesgos en proyectos tecnológicos e interoperabilidad de alta complejidad.
  • Facilitar ceremonias ágiles (Scrum) y alinear la coordinación operativa con 12 instituciones externas de manera simultánea.
  • Liderar la interlocución ejecutiva con el cliente mediante reuniones semanales, minutas formales e informes de estado de alto impacto.
  • Gestionar el desempeño del equipo y el flujo de cambios, garantizando la calidad de los entregables y el estricto cumplimiento de accesos y seguridad de la información.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de TI, interoperabilidad de software y entornos vinculados a contratación pública.
  • Certificación obligatoria: SDPC.
  • Dominio comprobado en metodologías ágiles (Scrum), gestión de riesgos y control de cambios.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión: Jira o Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Teams y hojas de cálculo.
  • Experiencia consolidada en redacción de actas de comité, minutas e informes ejecutivos.

Power Skills:

  • Comunicación Asertiva: Capacidad para negociar acuerdos, transmitir requerimientos complejos y mantener una interlocución fluida y formal con entidades públicas y comités de dirección.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para gestionar sinergias entre múltiples interesados (stakeholders) externos y guiar equipos multidisciplinarios hacia metas compartidas.
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Destreza para resolver bloqueos imprevistos, mitigar desviaciones y priorizar entregas en entornos regulados y dinámicos.
