Líder Técnico Backend — .NET 10 & Azure (Microservicios)

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Líder Técnico para guiar el diseño y la construcción de una arquitectura de microservicios moderna sobre .NET 10 y Azure. Buscamos un perfil senior con fuerte criterio arquitectónico, capaz de liderar técnicamente a un equipo, mantener altos estándares de calidad y resolver incidentes críticos en producción.

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar técnicamente el diseño de una arquitectura de microservicios con Clean Architecture, DDD y Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Guiar al equipo mediante code reviews constructivos y mentoría a desarrolladores Mid y Junior.
  • Definir y mantener estándares de calidad: pirámide de pruebas automatizadas y cobertura integrada en pipelines.
  • Asegurar la resiliencia y el rendimiento de los servicios (patrones con Polly, optimización de PostgreSQL, caché multinivel).
  • Liderar la observabilidad y seguridad de la plataforma (telemetría distribuida, DevSecOps).
  • Traducir conceptos técnicos al negocio y los requerimientos al equipo técnico.
  • Documentar la arquitectura (diagramas C4, RFCs) y conducir Blameless Post-Mortems ante incidentes.

🛠️ Requisitos (excluyentes)

  • 5 años o más de experiencia en desarrollo backend, deseable experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.

Backend / Arquitectura

  • .NET 10 (LTS) y ASP.NET Core 10 con Clean Architecture, DDD y Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Patrones de resiliencia con Polly (Retry, Circuit Breaker, Rate Limiting).
  • Entity Framework Core 10 y Npgsql; optimización de PostgreSQL 18 (índices, particionamiento, connection pooling, réplicas de lectura) y migraciones seguras en alta disponibilidad.
  • .NET Aspire, Mapster, FluentValidation y contratos API con OpenAPI 3 / Swashbuckle.
  • Pruebas automatizadas con xUnit y NSubstitute (unitarias, integración, mocking).

Infraestructura, mensajería y caché en Azure

  • Azure Event Hubs (compatibilidad Kafka, serialización Avro y Schema Registry).
  • Caché multinivel (Cache-Aside, Write-Through) sobre Azure Cache for Redis 7.
  • Azure API Management (enrutamiento, rate-limiting, políticas, inspección JWT).
  • Microsoft Entra External ID (B2C) y Keycloak HA sobre Azure Container Apps (SAML/OIDC).
  • Azure Communication Services (SMS/Email).

DevOps, observabilidad y seguridad

  • Infraestructura como código con Terraform o Bicep.
  • Pipelines en Azure DevOps o GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry y SonarCloud.
  • Telemetría distribuida (OpenTelemetry), Application Insights y Log Analytics.
  • DevSecOps: Azure Key Vault, Azure WAF, DDoS Protection, Microsoft Defender for Cloud y Azure Policy.

💡 Habilidades clave Liderazgo técnico y servicial, pensamiento arquitectónico pragmático, comunicación asertiva con stakeholders (tecnología, seguridad, riesgos), templanza bajo presión y aprendizaje continuo. Trabajo en marco Scrum híbrido con sprints quincenales y herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Miro y Draw.io.
