1. 3D角色模型制作：制作3A级高品质的角色面部、毛发、服饰（包含道具）3D资产，并上传至引擎中进行材质匹配和效果调优 2. 与原画、动特等上下游同事积极沟通、高效协作，保证角色最终视觉效果还原或超出设计 3. 配合负责人及TA，进行角色相关的美术效果探索、性能优化、修复BUG等类型的工作

1. 大专及以上学历，美术相关专业优先，热爱游戏，对市面上的3A游戏有广泛的、深入的游玩体验，并对不同的主流美术风格有成熟的见解； 2. 五年及以上工作经验，有一款以上3A项目的完整研发经验、并在项目中担任核心角色制作； 3. 精通PBR次世代写实模型，对于科幻与东方美学的美术风格有浓厚兴趣，熟悉NPR手绘模型的制作流程及方法，能同时驾驭写实和二次元两种建模风格者优先; 4. 具备深厚的美术功底、造型能力和出色的审美，精通人体结构，有敏锐的色彩感知，能够深入理解角色原画设计意图并进行3D还原、创作； 5. 熟悉3A级别写实/美型类角色模型制作流程：可高质量独立完成写实美型类角色面部、身体、服饰的制作，掌握Xgen插片毛发制作技术，掌握硬表面制作技巧；能够利用MD解算和ZBrush制作出美观可信的布料褶皱效果；对3A角色面部表情制作流程有所涉猎； 6. 有虚幻5引擎使用经验，熟练掌握角色资产的导入导出、资源配置、材质调试、和基础其他美术相关基础操作；有资产管理软件使用经验（如P4V、Git、SVN），能够独立完成资产上传服务器和日常维护； 7. 能熟练使用DCC软件，包括但不限于：3Dsmax、Zbrush、Maya、Marvelous Designer（MD）、Subtance Painter（SP）、Photoshop、C4D（Body Painter）； 8. 有一定的渲染基础，了解游戏实时渲染的基本知识，可以配合TA程序等进行一些测试性工作和Bug排查者优先。 9. 时刻关注行业发展前沿，有较强的学习能力，能通过自学掌握新技术，并能落地、应用到实际工作当中； 10. 责任心强，逻辑清晰，具备优秀的沟通协调能力，为人随和有亲和力。
