1.具备2年以上3D游戏特效设计工作经验，有一定手绘能力，熟练使用Niagara粒子系统； 2.有较强的综合分析能力，创新能力，准确理解工作需求，提出符合设计并高效完成。 3.对动画表现，视觉效果，对次时代游戏特效，有深入了解。 4.善于与人沟通，有团队精神及良好执行能力，对自己工作有较高标准，有责任心，保持对新事物学习接受态度，主动性及学习能力强。 5.对项目风格材质贴图有较好掌握能力，使用合适资源工具输出符合次时代项目的特效资源。 6.热爱游戏，关注游戏体验，结合岗位工作配合产品改进游戏体验。
