1、完成项目中如：人型、四足、表情、服饰、道具、生物和机械类等绑定工作； 2、根据不同类别的绑定，能总结出不同的绑定方案，并编写、整理和更新相关的绑定规范文档，从效率和质量上提升绑定制作流程； 3、根据上下游的需求，来分析和优化当前的绑定方案。

1、三年以上CG或者动画电影绑定工作经验，熟悉3D动画制作流程； 2、熟练使用maya软件，熟悉绑定和动画模块，以及绑定相关工具的使用(如ADV、Mgear等)，若对工具的底层逻辑有一定了解更优； 3、有一定脚本开发经验，如能使用mel/python编写一些简单的工具来辅助制作流程； 4、对模型布线与绑定的关系有深入理解，了解不同的布线对于绑定效果上的影响； 5、对UE引擎有一定了解，熟悉绑定对接引擎中的流程，了解游戏绑定和CG绑定的区别，了解引擎中的Control Rig以及动画蓝图中的骨骼相功能应用更优； 6、有二次元风格绑定经验，热爱游戏动漫行业，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力； 7、熟悉Max或其他软件的绑定更佳。
