职位描述： 1.为游戏内演出过场制定美术风格，参与colorkey概念原画，Matte Painter的绘制以及把控。同时负责跟进影片全流程的美术效果把控，包含后期光影，色调，构成，空间层次关系等各项美术效果的反馈与指导。 2.与导演和组长一起共同协作完成每个版本全流程的美术跟片工作。

专业职位要求： 1.有非常好的审美，很强的美术专业能力，对市面上各类的美术风格都有良好的包容性，并有自己的理解。 2.至少擅长并突出一种绘画风格，且有独到见解，二次元风格优先。 3.具备2年以上的美术工作经验，有参与过游戏CG片，动画电影，影视动画的前期美术工作者优先。 4.有较好沟通能力，积极与团队中各部门保持较好沟通协作状态。

综合职位要求： 1.沟通能力强，有责任心，有担当，富有团队合作意识，有创新精神，抗压能力强。 2.对于自己的创作有较高的追求，关注行业内一线游戏CG作品以及影视动画电影。 3.对游戏行业有热情，愿意尝试游戏影视相关开发。
