1、本科及以上学历，英语口语流利，能够独立与欧美IP方进行项目对接，具备良好的商务英文文书撰写能力，有海外留学或工作经验者优先； 2、具备2-3年游戏行业IP监修、项目管理或运营相关经验； 3、热爱游戏和动漫文化，对主流游戏平台和作品有较多涉猎，二次元爱好者优先； 4、具备出色的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力和项目管理能力； 5、工作态度积极，有强烈的责任心和抗压能力，性格开朗，具备团队合作精神。
