1、负责技术策划团队的整体规划与管理，制定团队工作方向、目标及技术方案，提升团队交付效率与专业能力； 2、作为程序、策划、美术之间的核心技术桥梁，深入参与战斗、关卡等核心玩法研发，负责复杂需求的分析、拆解与技术方案制定，推动高质量落地； 3、深入理解策划及研发流程，主动发现团队和项目中的效率、流程及工具痛点，推动工具链、工作流、配置规范及数据驱动体系建设； 4、基于 UE5 主导编辑器工具、可视化配置工具、自动化工具及研发流程建设，持续提升战斗策划、关卡策划的制作与迭代效率； 5、负责技术策划相关技术方案的评审与技术质量把控，推动通用能力沉淀和技术方案标准化，避免重复建设； 6、建立并完善技术策划团队的工作规范、开发流程和协作机制，提升团队整体交付质量和研发体验； 7、负责团队成员的技术指导、任务分配和能力培养，识别成员优势与成长方向，建设高效、主动的技术策划团队； 8、协调程序、策划、美术等团队资源，主动推动跨团队问题解决，对重点需求和项目效率问题进行跟进和闭环； 9、关注行业及 UE5、AI、自动化等技术发展，结合项目实际引入新技术，持续探索提升研发效率的技术方案。

5 年及以上游戏开发经验，具备 Technical Designer、工具开发、客户端开发或玩法开发经验，有技术策划团队管理或技术负责人经验。 熟悉 UE5，具备较强的 UE5 编辑器开发、工具链及数据配置体系设计能力。 熟悉 C#、TypeScript、C++ 中至少一种语言，具备较强的工程能力和实际工具开发经验。 1、对战斗、关卡等游戏玩法研发流程有较深入理解，能够从业务目标出发进行需求分析、技术方案设计和落地推进； 2、具备较强的技术判断、方案设计和问题拆解能力，能够处理复杂需求并推动跨团队协作； 3、具备良好的沟通、组织和项目推进能力，能够主动发现问题并推动问题闭环； 4、具备团队管理和人才培养意识，能够合理分配工作、指导团队成员并提升团队整体能力； 5、具备较强的主人翁意识，能够从项目整体效率和研发体验出发主动推动技术和流程优化。
