1、负责虚幻引擎移动端图形框架的开发、改造与维护，包括渲染管线、RHI、Shader、资源管理及任务调度等模块； 2、负责Android、iOS等移动平台的性能分析与优化，定位并解决GPU、RenderThread、RHIThread、内存、带宽及功耗等方面的性能问题； 3、负责Vulkan、Metal等移动端图形API的功能开发、适配与性能优化，解决不同芯片、驱动和设备上的兼容性及稳定性问题； 4、面向高、中、低端移动设备建立可扩展的渲染分级和降级体系，优化阴影、光照、后处理、材质、粒子、植被及场景渲染等模块； 5、建设移动端性能分析、自动化测试和问题诊断工具，完善性能基线、预算标准、设备分档及版本性能回归流程； 6、参与Shader、PSO、纹理、网格和渲染资源的加载、缓存及生命周期优化，降低卡顿、内存占用、Shader编译压力和资源切换成本； 7、负责每周版本的性能回归、渲染问题排查及线上问题处理，与美术、TA、玩法和QA团队共同保障画面效果、性能及稳定性； 8、持续跟进移动GPU架构、虚幻引擎渲染技术及行业解决方案，推动适合项目的图形框架和性能优化方案落地。

1、本科及以上学历，具有三年以上游戏引擎、图形渲染或性能优化经验； 2、熟悉虚幻引擎渲染框架，理解GameThread、RenderThread、RHIThread及GPU之间的工作流程，具备UE引擎源码阅读和模块改造能力； 3、熟悉移动端GPU架构及渲染特性，理解TBDR、带宽、Overdraw、RenderPass、Tile Memory、纹理压缩和功耗控制等关键问题； 4、熟悉Vulkan、Metal中的至少一种图形API，理解Command Buffer、Pipeline、Descriptor、同步机制、Barrier及资源生命周期管理； 5、具备扎实的C++开发能力，熟悉多线程、内存管理、数据结构和性能优化；掌握Python或其他脚本语言，能够开发分析及自动化工具； 6、熟悉Shader和UE材质系统，能够分析Shader复杂度、变体数量、PSO、指令数、寄存器、纹理采样及带宽成本； 7、熟悉至少一种图形性能分析工具，如RenderDoc、Xcode GPU Tools、AGI、Snapdragon Profiler、Mali Graphics Debugger或Unreal Insights； 8、具备较强的问题定位、数据分析和工程落地能力，能够建立性能证据链，并推动跨团队问题闭环； 9、具备良好的团队协作、沟通表达和工作规划能力，能够与美术、TA、QA及业务开发团队高效协作。 加分项 1、有大型UE移动端项目上线、性能攻坚或多机型适配经验； 2、有UE RHI、RenderGraph、Shader编译、PSO缓存、资源流送或移动渲染管线改造经验； 3、熟悉Adreno、Mali或Apple GPU架构，具有GPU Counter分析、功耗优化或驱动问题定位经验； 4、有开放世界、多人在线或高画质移动游戏的性能预算和分档体系建设经验； 5、有主机或PC向移动端移植、跨平台渲染框架建设及低端设备优化经验。
