The posting

1. 负责项目高质量音效资产的设计、制作与游戏内落地；前期重点投入角色、怪物、Boss等战斗内容，后续根据项目需求和个人发展目标，动态支持关卡、系统与演出等管线； 2. 协同各管线音频 Owner，将体验目标转化为具体声音落地方案，并协同其它音效设计师推进资产设计、Wwise / Unreal整合、端内验证与迭代闭环； 3. 承担重点内容的制作打样与高难度声音攻坚，持续探索录音、拟音、声音合成、素材变形与创意效果链等制作方法，建立具有项目辨识度的声音表现； 4. 参与制作标准、资产结构、审听反馈与验收方式建设，为团队成员及外部供应商提供可参考的声音样板和专业反馈； 5. 持续沉淀制作方法、声音案例与工具流程，帮助团队提升音效审美、听感品质与专业制作上限。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏音效设计经验，具备完整项目开发与游戏内落地经历；有动作、ARPG、PVP / PVE或开放世界项目经验者优先； 2. 具备出色的声音审美和音效制作能力，对频响、动态、层次、材质、节奏与风格辨识度有成熟判断，能够承担核心资产打样与质量攻坚； 3. 对战斗音效有深入理解，能围绕打击感、命中确认、危险度、敌我识别、动作支撑和角色差异化，形成有效且具有竞争力的声音设计； 4. 不局限于使用商业音效库进行素材拼接，能够深入运用合成器技术、创意效果链、录音与拟音手段，完成从声源创造、声音塑形到最终混音的完整设计； 5. 熟练掌握 Wwise 与 Unreal 音频开发及整合流程，理解事件结构、参数与状态驱动、混音、空间化和性能逻辑，能够独立完成配置、联调、端内验证与问题排查； 6. 具备良好的协作与表达能力，能准确理解 Owner 的体验目标，与技术音频及上下游共同推进落地，并主动发现声音设计与实现中的问题； 7. 对专业成长有较高要求，愿意持续钻研声音制作技术、工具与工作方法，具备向团队制作专家、核心声音内容设计者发展的潜力。
