1、流程基建： 主导制定场景资产从 DCC 软件到引擎（UE5）的完整导出、检查及导入规范，并梳理成体系化文档； 2、工具提效： 识别制作痛点，设计并主导开发场景建模、布局、自动化检查等提效工具（可独立编写脚本或联合程序开发）； 3、资产库维护： 搭建场景资产分类、归档及复用体系，优化资产存储与调用流程，降低重复制作成本； 4、高阶资产产出与品控： 运用 PCG 或 Houdini 等程序化手段实现大规模场景资产的高效生成；负责项目中技术向场景组件制作（含破碎、流体、粒子等特效辅助模型）；负责场景相关外包的需求下发、技术指导及最终质量审核； 5、性能优化： 针对 PC/主机及移动端平台，制定严格的资产性能预算（顶点、贴图、Drawcall 等）并执行优化方案； 6、技术迭代： 持续追踪行业前沿技术（如 Nanite、Lumen、新材质工作流），并转化为项目标准流程，负责团队内部的技术培训。

1、具备 5 年以上 3D 场景制作经验，至少参与过一款完整大型项目（PC/主机或高性能手游）； 2、熟悉材质编辑器（如 UE Material Editor/WPO 应用），具备清晰的工具逻辑思维，能与程序团队高效沟通并实现底层功能； 3、精通 Max/Maya/Blender、ZBrush、Substance Painter、Substance Designer 等主流软件；熟悉 Houdini、Python/PyMel，有 UE 深度使用经验者优先； 4、熟悉 PBR 流程，在拓扑优化、UV 布局、高低模烘焙及跨软件数据兼容方面有深厚的技术储备； 5、逻辑严密，条理清晰，具备优秀的文档编写能力及外包沟通管理能力。
