1. 5年以上游戏、动画制片相关工作经验，拥有丰富的国内动画行业人脉与供应商资源，有游戏研发、CG、成功落地项目经验者优先； 2. 熟练掌握二维、三维CG动画完整制作工艺流程，具备专业的资源整合能力，可输出专业策划优化构想，统筹制作团队落地内容方向、把控成片品质； 3. 具备极强的行业保密意识与职业素养，严谨处理项目涉密内容、敏感文件及公司内部信息，严守项目与公司机密； 4. 优秀的资源统筹、多边沟通协调能力，责任心强、抗压能力突出，可高效推进多团队、多环节协同合作，保障项目稳步推进； 5. 执行力高效，具备清晰的成本管控意识与目标管理思维，可精准把控项目预算、进度、品质三大核心维度。
