1、围绕游戏 IP 定位、产品卖点及营销目标，负责宣发视频的创意策划、脚本创作和制作落地； 2、负责角色 PV、版本宣传片、动画短片、CG、品牌宣传片、实机内容及其他游戏营销视频； 3、根据角色设定、世界观、玩法内容和传播主题，完成创意概念、内容结构、脚本、旁白文案及镜头设计； 4、产出 Mood Board、分镜脚本、动态分镜（Animatic）、导演阐述及制作需求文档，建立清晰的视听表达标准； 5、把控视频从前期创意到最终成片的完整制作过程，包括动画、CG、实拍、剪辑、包装、音乐及声音设计； 6、对制作过程中的叙事结构、表演、镜头、节奏、画面风格及声音表达进行判断和定向，并负责最终成片质量； 7、持续研究游戏、动画、影视、广告等领域的视听表达方式，探索适合产品和角色的内容形式； 8、负责导演、动画工作室、拍摄团队、后期公司等外部制作资源的评估、创意定向和成片验收。

1、具备3年以上游戏、动画、影视或广告领域的视频编导、创意策划或导演经验； 2、具备完整的视听叙事能力，能够独立完成从创意概念、脚本、分镜到成片交付的全过程； 3、对人物、情绪、表演、镜头、节奏、音乐及声音具有较强感知力，能够通过视听语言呈现角色魅力和产品卖点； 4、具备较强的脚本创作能力，能够根据不同内容目标完成角色向、剧情向、世界观向、情绪向或玩法向的视频方案； 5、熟悉动画、CG、实拍及后期制作流程，能够判断创意方案的制作可行性，并对制作规格和实现路径作出合理判断； 6、具备动态分镜或视听预演能力，能够通过 Animatic 验证内容结构、镜头节奏、表演关系及音乐走向； 7、对游戏 IP、角色内容及主流游戏品类有较深入的理解；对目标产品所属品类具备独立的内容判断和视听审美； 8、应聘时需提交个人作品集，并注明本人在创意、脚本、分镜、导演、剪辑或制作环节中的具体贡献。 加分项 1、有角色 PV、动画短片、CG、游戏宣传片或大型品牌影片经验； 2、有大型游戏、长线运营产品或成熟 IP 项目经验； 3、有动画导演、广告导演、实拍导演或后期导演经验； 4、具备剪辑、声音设计、动态分镜、三维预演或提案样片制作能力； 5、能够使用生成式 AI 工具进行概念探索、分镜预演或制作流程提效； 6、有成熟的导演、动画工作室、制片团队、拍摄团队或后期公司资源。
