1、硕士及以上学历，微电子/电子工程/通讯工程等相关专业。 2、有复杂 ASIC/SOC 验证经验优先。 3、熟练掌握相关设计语言和验证方法学。 4、熟练掌握多种外设接口协议(Ethernet/UART/SPI/I2C等)，了解 AMBA 总线协议。 5、对验证流程、testbench 架构、验证策略有清晰的理解和认识，对验证质量能够充分的把握。 6、有DSP验证经验优先。 7、有 DFT(SCAN, BIST)验证经验的优先。 8、具备良好的团队工作习惯，英文水平良好。
