  • Du qualifizierst eingehende Leads, erkennst Potenziale und entscheidest, ob und wie Du die Opportunity weiter verfolgst
  • Du erfragst gezielt die Bedarfe und Ziele unserer Interessenten, verstehst die Lücke zwischen ihrer heutiger Situation und ihrem Zielbild und machst den Wert unserer Lösung greifbar
  • Bei Online- und Vor-Ort-Terminen sowie Führungen in unserer Digital Factory überzeugst Du Interessenten mit Begeisterung und Fachwissen – immer mit Blick auf die konkreten Anforderungen des Kunden
  • Du wirkst bei der Angebotserstellung, ROI-Analysen und der Begleitung von Interessenten durch den gesamten Vertriebsprozess mit
  • Du baust wertschätzende Kundenbeziehungen auf und lernst, wie man Cross- und Up-Selling-Potenziale identifiziert
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an Deiner Sales-Pipeline und entwickelst Dich schrittweise
  • Du bist auch gerne mal unterwegs (Reisebereitschaft wird flexibel und individuell abgestimmt)

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im Neukundengeschäft oder im Business Development
  • Du verstehst, dass Softwarevertrieb anders funktioniert als der Verkauf physischer Produkte: Du stellst die Situation und Ziele des Kunden in den Mittelpunkt
  • Dein Herz schlägt für den Lösungsvertrieb. Du entwickelst Lösungen für unsere Kunden auf Basis unserer Produkte.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest Dich gerne in komplexe Zusammenhänge ein
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und zielstrebig und hast Durchhaltevermögen
  • Du bist überzeugungsstark, argumentierst geschickt und trittst in Präsentationen sicher auf
  • Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Logistik ist ein klarer Pluspunkt
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
  • Wenn du deine Wortgewandtheit und deine Eloquenz auch auf Englisch mitbringst, ist das toll, jedoch nur optional
