Nos encontramos en búsqueda de Analista de Proyectos Técnicos para integrar el área de Auditoria Interna de nuestra compañía, en Trenque Lauquen.

En tu día a día deberás ejecutar las acciones relacionados con el Programa de Bienestar Animal, como así también dar apoyo y seguimiento a los productores, con metodologías pre-establecidas por la Gerencia, con el fin de impulsar su innovación y aumentar la productividad láctea.

  • Implementar las evaluaciones de bienestar animal en base al protocolo interno desarrollado.
  • Analizar y proponer mejoras en el proceso del Programa de Bienestar Animal.
  • Participar en las auditorías tanto internas como externas relacionadas con el Programa, como así también articular con las áreas que se requieran en caso de necesidad.
  • Colaborar en el seguimiento de los proyectos de la Gerencia de Actividad Lechera, por fuera del Programa de Bienestar Animal, implementados con cada productor.
  • Colaborar en la organización de jornadas de capacitación para productores.
  • Profundizar el vínculo con los productores remitentes utilizando la asesoría técnica como una vía de comunicación no comercial.
  • Brindar capacitaciones técnicas en ámbitos académicos y en establecimientos remitentes
  • Diseñar y preparar, en base a su experiencia y expertise profesional, material técnico para difusión en la web de Tambos.
  • Participar técnicamente en eventos y jornadas relacionadas con el Programa de Bienestar Animal.

Requisitos

  • Graduados o estudiantes de Veterinaria o Agronomía. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia en posiciones similares. (Deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a tambos de la zona. (Excluyente)
  • Movilidad propia. (Excluyente)
