En Laboratorios Richmond nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Analista de Aseguramiento de Calidad para nuestra Planta de Biotecnología (producción de vacunas y proteínas recombinantes) responsable del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, su documentación y desafíos afines en general.

✍ Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Gestión y Control de la Documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC): Debe participar activamente en la gestión y seguimiento de toda la documentación relacionada con el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) de la empresa.
  • Generación de SOP específicos del Sector. Revisión de SOPs de distintos sectores de planta.
  • Gestión de Desviaciones, CAPA y Controles de Cambio: Debe contribuir activamente en los procesos de gestión de la calidad para asegurar que las no conformidades sean adecuadamente documentadas, investigadas y que se tomen acciones correctivas y preventivas efectivas, así como la correcta gestión de los cambios que impactan el SGC.
  • Participación activa en la capacitación GMP a los Sectores de planta
  • Liderar las Auditorías Internas: Asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan Anual de
  • Auditorías ejecutando las auditorías programadas para verificar la conformidad del SGC y los procesos operativos
  • Participación activa en Auditorias Externas y Proveedores . Evaluacion y Calificacion de Proveedores.
  • Seguimiento Planes
  • Gestión de materiales: Realizar la configuración de materiales en Sistemas Informáticos SAP y revisión de Listas de materiales y recetas.
  • Soporte de Aseguramiento de calidad a todas las áreas de la compañía
  • Revisión de Documentación de Lotes: brindar soporte en la revisión documental de métodos de fabricación. El Analista de QA Operacional y el Responsable de Gestión de la documentación y Liberación de lotes juegan un rol crucial en esta etapa.
  • Generación de Reportes : Revisión Anual de Producto.

Requisitos

  • Profesional o estudiante graduado de las carreras de Farmacia, Bioquímica, Biotecnología o carrera afín. Con experiencia comprobable en garantía de calidad de la industria farmacéutica (excluyente).
  • Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación (BPF/GMP) y Normativas vigentes
  • Sistemas de calidad : Manejo de Sistemas de desvíos – CAPAS- Controles de cambio – Excluyente.
  • Idioma: inglés técnico, lectura y comprensión.
  • Analisis de Riesgo
  • Experiencia utilizando SAP
