En Laboratorios Richmond estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de electricidad y automatismo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento. Llevará adelante sus tareas en nuestra Planta Pilar y entre sus tareas se encontrarán las siguientes:

  • Supervisar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y dar soporte en la tarea de Planificación de Mantenimiento y al área productiva para asegurar la producción planificada.
  • Efectuar recorridas de las instalaciones para detectar fallas, recomendar las reparaciones pertinentes y colaborar en la propuesta de soluciones.
  • Coordinar recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales para la efectiva ejecución de las actividades de la programación diaria, preparando permisos y órdenes de trabajo.
  • Interpretar y controlar la ingeniería presentada a reparaciones, manteniendo la documentación de sistemas y tableros vigente.
  • Planificar, organizar y coordinar las reparaciones eléctricas, de automatización y control de planta, velando por el mantenimiento adecuado de instalaciones eléctricas, luminarias, UPS y fuerza motriz.
  • Supervisar un equipo de técnicos, asegurando su asignación eficiente, el orden y limpieza del taller, y garantizando el cumplimiento del programa de capacitación técnica y calificación de competencias.
  • Liderar los automatismos de Planta cumpliendo con los procedimientos operativos estándar, informando e investigando los desvíos que impacten en la calidad del producto.
  • Asegurar y controlar el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo de todos los equipos, sistemas electrónicos, controladores programables (PLC), partes eléctricas/electrónicas, celdas y transformadores.
  • Contribuir a digitalizar la planta productiva para tener acceso en tiempo real a la información de equipos productivos, instalaciones y servicios críticos alineado a estándares de "Lean Manufacturing" e "Industria 4.0".
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, normas GMP y de seguridad e higiene, garantizando la gestión de procedimientos, codificaciones, reportes de excepción y documentos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.

Requisitos

  • Nivel de experiencia / Seniority: Senior (mínimo 5 años en posiciones similares).
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica o afines (deseable).
  • Formación académica: Graduado/a en Ingeniería Electrónica, Electromecánica o profesional con más de 10 años de experiencia comprobable como Técnico/a Electrónico/a o Electricista.
  • Dominio avanzado de programación y diagnóstico de PLC, interfaces HMI y redes industriales.
  • Conocimiento sólido de normativas BPF / GMP aplicadas a instalaciones industriales.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, manejo de personal y resolución de problemas bajo presión.
