En Laboratorios Richmond estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista de Validaciones de Procesos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Validaciones y Calificaciones. Se desempeñará en nuestra Planta Pilar y entre sus tareas se encontrarán las siguientes:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan de Validación de Procesos.
  • Ejecutar y documentar las Validaciones de procesos asignadas.
  • Redactar Protocolos e Informes de Validación de Procesos, preferentemente de sólidos orales (no excluyente).
  • Redactar análisis de riesgo.
  • Investigar causas raíz asociadas a la validación (5 porqués, Ishikawa, etc.).
  • Monitorear el seguimiento de Desvíos, Solicitudes de Cambios, No Conformidades, Informes de Anomalía, Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas asociadas al plan de Validación de procesos.
  • Participar en auditorías externas en las plantas de producción terceristas y proveedores en general.
  • Participar en las tareas generales del sector de Validaciones y Calificaciones.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en posiciones similares dentro de la industria farmacéutica
  • Autonomía y proactividad dentro del sector
  • Amplio conocimiento y manejo de normativas
  • Manejo de herramientas estadísticas: CP, CPK, 3 sigmas (Minitab deseable).
  • Experiencia deseable en certificaciones con autoridades sanitarias nacionales e internacionales (Ej: INVIMA)
  • Ingles tecnico
  • Nivel intermedio / Avazando de Paquete Office
  • Rigurosidad en gestión de datos

📚 Formación: Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Farmacia, Bioquímica, Biotecnología, Licenciatura en Química, Ingeniería Químico, Técnico Químico o carrera universitaria afín a la industria farmacéutica.
