En Laboratorios Richmond nos encontramos en búsqueda de Analista Senior de Control de Gestión y Presupuesto para nuestras oficinas corporativas ubicadas en Capital Federal:

  • Elaborar, consolidar y controlar el presupuesto y sus proyecciones, coordinando la carga de información con las distintas áreas.
  • Analizar y explicar los desvíos entre real y presupuesto, distinguiendo variaciones por monto, cantidad y temporalidad.
  • Desarrollar y mantener reportes de gestión mensuales (P&L, Cahsflow, márgenes, contribución marginal por producto, entre otros) para la toma de decisiones de la Dirección.
  • Analizar mensualmente costos y rentabilidad por línea de producto, identificando productos con contribución marginal negativa y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
  • Definir, monitorear y reportar indicadores mensuales de gestión (KPI) financieros y operativos.
  • Coordinar con Contabilidad la conciliación entre la información de gestión y los estados contables, asegurando consistencia con las cifras presentadas ante la CNV.
  • Automatizar y optimizar los procesos de reporting aprovechando SAP y herramientas de BI para lograr información en tiempo real.
  • Identificar y recomendar mejoras de procesos y mejores prácticas.
  • Consolidar y analizar la información financiera y de gestión enviada por las subsidiarias, verificando su consistencia e integridad.
  • Colaborar en el armado y revisión de reportes con otras áreas.

Requisitos

  • Graduados de Contador Público. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia comprobable en control de gestión, presupuesto o planeamiento financiero (FP&A) mayor a 3 años. (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento de la herramienta SAP (B1) (Excluyente)
  • Conocimientos de Excel, Power Bi y/o similares (Excluyente).
  • Conocimiento de IFRS y Normas locales. (Deseable)
  • Experiencia previa en estudios de auditoría Big Four. (Deseable)
  • Preferentemente con experiencia en empresas que presenten estados contables ante la CNV.
