As an Account Executive, you will be in charge of growing and retaining our demand from Business Clients in Indonesia and report to the Business Development Manager. Quick wits, problem solving and a “team first” mentality will be critical to your success. What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives
  • Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Planning, executing and evaluating retention program

What we seek

  • Leadership skill to deal with a large and diverse Lalamove community
  • Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality
  • Ability to stand firm with integrity when deciding for the company in every situation
  • Data-driven to identify leverages and make decisions for the business in every situation
  • Strong verbal and communication skill to articulate ideas clearly through the use of a structured approach with proven ability to create framework

What you'll need

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
