カスタマーサービスアソシエイト として、当社の製品・サービスに関するお客様からのお問い合わせやクレーム対応を担当していただきます。状況に応じて臨機応変に考え、効果的に問題を解決し、チームの一員として貢献できる力が活躍の鍵となります。本ポジションでは、プラットフォーム上のビジネスクライアントの成長を支えることで、市場に目に見える形でインパクトを与える貴重な機会を得られます。

仕事内容

  • ライブチャット、電話、メールを通じた、法人のお客様、個人のお客様、パートナードライバーへの世界水準のカスタマーサービス提供
  • お客様の懸念事項の調査および解決
  • お問い合わせへの迅速な対応と案内（初回対応での解決 / ファーストコンタクト・レゾリューションの実現）
  • ドライバーオペレーション、セールス、ファイナンスなど各チームとの日常的な連携
  • お問い合わせ、ご意見、クレーム内容の正確な記録・管理
  • 適切な方法やツールを用いた、ユーザーおよびドライバーからの質問への先回りした分かりやすく効率的なサポート

応募資格

  • カスタマーサービス、コンタクトセンター、またはBPOでの1年以上の実務経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力（読み・書き・会話）
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き・会話）
  • 前向きでお客様志向のマインドと、高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 目標達成志向で適応力があり、スピード感のある環境でマルチタスクをこなしながら効果的に問題を解決できる能力
  • 週末・祝日を含むシフト制勤務に柔軟に対応できる方
  • PC基本スキル（Google Workspace〔ドキュメント、スプレッドシートなど〕やインスタントメッセージツールの利用経験）
