マーケティングチームの一員として、東京でともに働くグラフィックデザイナーを募集します。グラフィックデザインや動画編集をはじめとする幅広いクリエイティブ制作を通じてマーケティング施策を支え、ブランド価値の向上に貢献していただきます。あなたのクリエイティブな力と柔軟な姿勢で、日本市場における事業目標の達成に貢献してください。

お任せしたいこと

  • マーケティングマネージャーと連携し、制作要件、スケジュール、予算に沿ったマーケティングコミュニケーション素材（静止画・動画）を制作します。
  • 各施策や部署向けのブランドアセット（キービジュアル、SNSコンテンツ、
  • SNS広告やプロモーション、ブランド認知向上のための動画コンテンツ（動画編集・モーショングラフィックス制作）の企画・制作。
  • 基本的な画像のレタッチ、加工、およびアセットの展開作業。
  • 他部署（ドライバーオペレーション、Peopleチームなど）からの要望をヒアリングし、適切なクリエイティブ成果物に落とし込む作業。
  • 写真・動画撮影、アニメーション制作、広告素材の設置などについて、外部エージェンシーや制作会社との進行管理（マーケティングマネージャーとともに実施）。
  • マーケティング領域を中心に、スタートアップのフェーズに応じてクリエイティブ枠にとらわれない幅広いサポート業務（イベント準備、データ整理、現場オペレーションの補助など）。

こんな方を求めてます

  • 大学卒または専門学校卒以上で、マルチメディア、グラフィックデザイン、または広告分野での2年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方。
  • MacおよびAdobe CC（Photoshop、Illustrator、Premiere、After Effects）を用いたデザイン・動画編集実務経験。
  • 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力。
  • スピード感のある多様でダイナミックな環境に柔軟に適応できる、スタートアップ精神を持ったチームプレイヤー。
  • 優れたグラフィックセンス、動画構成力、細部へのこだわり、最新のデザイントレンドへの理解。
  • 日本市場に関する深いローカルインサイト（文化・消費者心理の理解）。
  • スタートアップ、または制作会社・広告代理店での勤務経験。
  • モーショングラフィックスやアニメーション制作の高度なスキル。
  • 外部制作会社やクリエイティブ／Webエージェンシーとの協業・ディレクション経験。
