Principais Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar e analisar indicadores de performance operacional, identificando tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria nos resultados.
  • Acompanhar os funis de conversão de DriverOps, identificando gargalos, quedas de performance e os principais fatores que impactam a conversão em cada etapa.
  • Realizar análises de dados para entender as causas de variações nos indicadores e apoiar a definição de planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados.
  • Acompanhar a performance individual dos agentes, analisando indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e conversão para identificar oportunidades de desenvolvimento.
  • Realizar monitorias das atividades e tratativas conduzidas pelos assistentes de DriverOps, garantindo a aderência aos procedimentos, políticas e padrões operacionais estabelecidos.
  • Identificar erros operacionais, inconsistências e desvios de processos que possam impactar a eficiência da operação e os resultados dos funis de conversão.
  • Consolidar e analisar os resultados das monitorias, identificando padrões, erros recorrentes e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Apoiar a execução de scripts e rotinas de extração, organização e atualização de dados utilizados no acompanhamento dos indicadores operacionais.
  • Apoiar o planejamento e a condução de treinamentos, reciclagens e alinhamentos com base nos resultados das análises de performance e qualidade.
  • Acompanhar os resultados das ações corretivas e iniciativas implementadas, avaliando seus impactos nos indicadores de qualidade, produtividade e conversão.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de DriverOps, propondo melhorias com base em dados, análises de performance e resultados das monitorias.
  • Elaborar e atualizar relatórios, dashboards e controles de performance, garantindo visibilidade dos resultados para a liderança.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão de Processos, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em atividades operacionais, atendimento, controle de qualidade ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office/Google Workspace
  • Boa capacidade analítica para identificar erros, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para conduzir treinamentos e alinhamentos com a equipe.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes para realizar monitorias, registrar avaliações e acompanhar indicadores.
  • Proatividade, senso de responsabilidade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados, como Python e SQL
