Profissional sênior e referência técnica na condução de estratégias de Contas a Pagar e Tesouraria, diretamente responsável pela maximização da saúde financeira, gestão de liquidez de médio/longo prazo e mitigação de riscos corporativos. Lidera projetos de inovação financeira, implementação de automações e estruturação de governança sólida, traduzindo dados financeiros em direcionadores estratégicos para a tomada de decisão da liderança.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas

  • Supervisionar e validar o planejamento do fluxo de caixa projetado e realizado, garantindo suporte direto ao capital de giro e tesouraria estratégica.
  • Liderar e otimizar processos de conciliação de fornecedores críticos, faturas complexas e operações financeiras de grande porte.
  • Definir, revisar e auditar as políticas de fluxo de aprovação de pagamentos, limites de alçada e estrito compliance financeiro.
  • Desenhar e implementar estratégias globais de mitigação de riscos operacionais, tributários e de liquidez na tesouraria.
  • Elaborar, estruturar e manter Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (SOPs), políticas internas e manuais de governança corporativa.
  • Liderar projetos de automação de processos em Contas a Pagar/Tesouraria (RPA, integrações bancárias e fluxos sistêmicos).
  • Representar a área no relacionamento estratégico com bancos, auditores e grandes fornecedores.
  • Atuar como mentor técnico das equipes júnior e plena, assegurando evolução nas entregas analíticas do departamento.

Gestão de Dados e Requisitos Técnicos

  • Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Engenharia, com pós-graduação/MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou Tesouraria.
  • Domínio avançado e especialista em Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau) para modelagem de dados e dashboards executivos.
  • Excel avançado (VBA, Power Query, criação de rotinas automatizadas e modelos financeiros complexos).
  • Vivência em projetos de automação financeira, inteligência de negócios e implementação/parametrização de ERPs robustos.
  • Forte habilidade na definição, medição e gestão de indicadores estratégicos (KPIs de tesouraria, DPO, acurácia de caixa).

Competências Estratégicas e Comportamentais:

  • Visão altamente analítica e estratégica sobre os impactos de Contas a Pagar na saúde financeira global da organização.
  • Liderança na proposição contínua de melhorias estruturais, governança e redação/revisão de SOPs.
  • Capacidade proativa de gerenciamento e mitigação de riscos financeiros operacionais, cibernéticos e de crédito/liquidez.
  • Excelente comunicação e capacidade de influenciar decisões estratégicas junto à liderança corporativa.
