Estamos em busca de um (a) Gerente de Contas I que seja entusiasta e esteja motivado (a) para trabalhar com a gente. O candidato (a) ideal tem experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e acelerados, e deseja fazer história junto com o restante da equipe da Lalamove Brasil.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como o principal ponto de contato para todo e qualquer assunto específico de suas contas
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes e duradouros com os clientes
  • Colaborar com as demais áreas internas para facilitar o atingimento das expectativas e necessidades dos clientes
  • Monitorar as principais métricas das contas, garantindo uma operação de qualidade e antecipando demandas
  • Garantir a entrega oportuna e bem-sucedida de nossos serviços de acordo com as necessidades e objetivos do cliente
  • Manter-se atualizado a respeito dos produtos e serviços da empresa
  • Identificar tendências da indústria
  • Atuar como advogado do cliente

Requisitos:

  • Formação completa em Adm, Economia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas
  • Atuação em projetos similares na posição de Gerente de Contas
  • Gerente de Relacionamento ou Gerente do Sucesso do Cliente
  • Capacidade demonstrável de comunicar, apresentar e influenciar as principais partes interessadas em todos os níveis de uma organização, incluindo executivos e diretores
  • Capacidade comprovada de conciliar vários projetos de gerenciamento de contas de uma só vez, mantendo atenção aos detalhes
  • Excelente comunicação e resolução de problemas
  • Poder de realização e habilidade em gestão de processos
