Als Property Manager:in (m/w/d) übernimmst du die kaufmännische Verantwortung für ein attraktives Wohnportfolio und sorgst mit deinem Know-how dafür, dass unsere Immobilien rundum in guten Händen sind.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Vollumfängliche Verwaltung eines Immobilienportfolios
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Mieter:innen, Behörden, Dienstleister:innen und Eigentümer:innen
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verhandlung von Dienstleistungsverträgen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Klärung von Kund:innen-Anfragen und Einsprüchen
  • Überwachung der Mieteingänge und Verantwortung des Mahn- und Klagewesens
  • Überwachung und Steuerung von Indexierungen und Mieterhöhungsverlangen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen inkl. Widerspruchsbearbeitung
  • Digitale Rechnungsprüfung und -kontierung
  • Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden
  • Regelmäßige Reportings sowie Budgetkontrolle und -erstellung
  • Planung, Kalkulation und Überwachung von Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem technischen Property Management
  • Unterstützung der Due-Dilligence Prozesse (Kauf-/Verkauf)
  • Kund:innen-service: Akquise und Bindungsgespräche

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau in der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft oder vergleichbar, oder ein Studium mit immobilienwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung/ dem Property Managements von Immobilien sowie umfassende Kenntnisse im Wohnraummietrecht
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit einer Immobiliensoftware bspw. iX-Haus
  • Solide Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Eine vertrauensvolle und offene Kommunikation, wie wir sie mit dir pflegen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Engagement und Loyalität
