Wir suchen motivierte und engagierte Teamplayer.

Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt du unser technisches Property Management-Team bei der Betreuung eines Immobilienportfolios. Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben – von der Kommunikation mit Dienstleister:innen und Mieter:innen bis hin zur operativen Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.

  • Unterstützung des technischen Property Managements bei organisatorischen, administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben
  • Kommunikation mit Mieter:innen, Dienstleister:innen und internen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Vorbereitung und Pflege von objektspezifischen Unterlagen, Verträgen und Daten in unseren Systemen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der nachhaltigen Betreuung der Liegenschaften
  • Unterstützung des technischen Property Managements bei organisatorischen und koordinativen Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Du befindest dich im mindestens dritten Semester eines Bachelorstudiengangs oder bereits im Master – idealerweise mit wirtschaftlichem, immobilienwirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Du hast Interesse an Immobilien, kaufmännischen und technischen Prozessen sowie daran, wie nachhaltige Objektbewirtschaftung funktioniert
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Solide Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Eine vertrauensvolle und offene Kommunikation, wie wir sie mit dir pflegen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Engagement und Loyalität
