Deine Aufgaben

Als Referent:in (m/w/d) Commercial Development arbeitest du direkt mit dem Unitleiter Commercial Development zusammen und bist von Anfang an ein fester Bestandteil des Teams. Du begleitest Akquisitionen und Projektentwicklungen in unterschiedlichen gewerblichen Assetklassen – von Projekten für öffentliche Nutzer und Büroimmobilien bis hin zu Spezialimmobilien. Dabei bringst du eigene Ideen ein, übernimmst Verantwortung und erhältst Einblicke in unterschiedliche Projekte und strategische Fragestellungen. Die Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und schrittweise eigene Projektverantwortung zu übernehmen.

  • Unterstützung des Unitleiters im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Entwicklung von Projektansätzen und strategischen Themen
  • Mitarbeit bei Akquisitionen und Projektentwicklungen – von der ersten Prüfung bis zur weiteren Entwicklung
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeits-, Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Koordination und Strukturierung von Angebots- und Vergabeverfahren, unter anderem für öffentliche Nutzer
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter sowie schrittweise Übernahme eigener Projektverantwortung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Markteinführung neuer Produkte und Geschäftsfelder sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen innerhalb der Unit

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau/-mann oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien- oder Projektentwicklung
  • Begeisterung für Immobilien und Projektentwicklung sowie Interesse an unterschiedlichen gewerblichen Assetklassen und Nutzungskonzepten
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen, konzeptionellen und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Teamorientiertes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität, Motivation und Leidenschaft für das Projektgeschäft
