Description du poste

Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Responsable SAV, vous êtes l’interlocuteur de nos clients dans le cadre de la gestion des réclamations. Vous avez également en charge le traitement des dossiers SAV.

Votre mission en quelques mots :

  • Vous réceptionnez les demandes des clients (téléphone, email, courriers ou fax) et effectuez un premier diagnostic pour évaluer le degré d'urgence, définir les responsabilités et proposer les solutions adaptées.
  • Vous assurez l'ouverture et la gestion du dossier SAV (du premier contact jusqu'à la clôture des dossiers et la réalisation de la facturation au fournisseur) en lien avec le client, les Techniciens SAV et le Responsable SAV.
  • Vous planifiez et gérez les plannings d'intervention des Techniciens SAV.
  • Vous répondez aux emails et aux courriers des clients suite au traitement de leur dossier SAV.

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous intégrerez une équipe de Techniciens SAV et Chargés de Clientèle SAV et serez amenés à travailler en transverse avec les autres services du magasin.

Votre expertise technique produits, votre fibre commerciale, votre sens du contact et du service clients, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme, alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe sont vos principaux atouts pour atteindre vos objectifs.
