La société GAM commercialise auprès d’une clientèle de professionnels du bâtiment, les produits fabriqués dans les usines de Lapeyre Industries. Le poste à pourvoir est rattaché à notre marque « Les Menuiseries Françaises » qui cible une clientèle de professionnels composée de constructeurs de maisons individuelles, de menuisiers poseurs indépendants et de coopératives de menuisiers.

Description du poste

Dans le respect des objectifs partagés avec la Direction des ventes, les missions du délégué commercial, menées avec une grande autonomie d’organisation et avec le support d’outils marketing et communication mis à sa disposition, consistent à :

  • Assurer la promotion de notre offre produits auprès de nos clients déjà en portefeuille, afin d’en développer les ventes.
  • Conseiller nos clients
  • Développer ce portefeuille client par une prospection active et ciblée.
  • Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction de nos clients au regard des produits et services fournis.
  • Rendre compte de son activité, régulièrement et de manière structurée, à son responsable hiérarchique.
  • Etre force de proposition pour l’amélioration du service à nos clients.
  • Participer activement à la maîtrise du risque client et au recouvrement des créances.
  • Coordonner l'interactivité entre nos clients et les services internes de l'entreprise

Qualifications

  • Bac +2 minimum ou expérience dans la vente aux professionnels,
  • Connaissance du secteur du bâtiment et de la menuiserie
  • Maîtrise de la prospection et de la négociation commerciale
  • Connaissance des outils CRM
  • Dynamique, culture du résultat dans la durée
  • Organisé (travail en autonomie), rigoureux dans l’application des plans d’action et des reportings.
