Description du poste

Rattaché au Responsable technique, vous assurez le support technique interne et externe de l’entreprise, vous sécurisez les projets et garantissez leur conformité technique et réglementaire jusqu’à la mise en production.

Vos missions:

Support technique et conseil

  • Apporter un appui technique aux commerciaux, au service client et aux clients.
  • Répondre aux demandes relatives aux produits, performances, réglementations, mise en œuvre et réglages.
  • Analyser les cahiers des charges et contraintes chantier.

Etude et chiffrage

  • Réaliser les études de faisabilité.
  • Préparer et valider les devis complexes.
  • Proposer des solutions techniques optimisées.

Préparation des commandes

  • Constituer et vérifier les dossiers techniques avant fabrication.
  • Préparer les commandes spécifiques ou hors standard.
  • Assurer l’interface technique avec la production.

Conception technique

  • Réaliser des plans et détails techniques sur Autocad.
  • Adapter les plans aux contraintes architecturales et chantiers.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Compétence

  • Connaissance des produits de menuiseries (PVC, Aluminium et bois).
  • Maitrise des normes et réglementations du bâtiment en France.
  • Lecture de plans et chiffrage technique.
  • Maitrise d’Autocad

Savoir-être

  • Rigueur et sens de l'analyse
  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens du service clients
  • Force de proposition
