L’entreprise, rachetée en juin 2021 par le Groupe Mutares, développe son plan stratégique Convergence & Croissance centré autour de la satisfaction clients.

Description du poste

Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Directeur de Secteur, vous êtes responsable du développement des ventes des produits et des services de votre magasin, et des éventuels sites rattachés.

Votre mission en quelques mots :

  • Vous élaborez les objectifs et les budgets de votre périmètre, gérez et suivez votre compte d'exploitation.
  • Vous coordonnez l’ensemble des pôles metiers de votre point de vente (Vente, Logistique, Installation et Administration) dans le but d’atteindre vos objectifs commerciaux.
  • Vous recrutez, formez et animez vos collaborateurs avec une envie de les faire grandir au sein de notre Enseigne. Votre talent d'animation et votre énergie sont des clés indispensables pour mobiliser vos équipes.
  • Vous coordonnez et optimisez la gestion de votre Magasin tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous animez une équipe de Responsables des Ventes, Logistique et Installation afin de réaliser les objectifs du magasin tout en satisfaisant nos clients.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie dans le management d’équipe et la gestion d’un centre de profit, dans le secteur du commerce et de la distribution.

Votre goût du commerce et du challenge, votre sens du service client et votre dynamisme alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe vous permettront de réussir dans votre mission.
