Fort de son savoir-faire de distributeur-fabricant, Lapeyre propose des produits de qualité, durables et adaptables, ainsi qu’une offre de conseils personnalisés et de nombreux services (Conseil à Domicile, Atelier, Livraison, Pose…).

L’entreprise, rachetée en juin 2021 par le Groupe Mutares, développe son plan stratégique Convergence & Croissance centré autour de la satisfaction clients.

Ce poste est à pourvoir sur Saint Priest

Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Directeur du magasin et membre du Comité de pilotage, vous animez et développez les ventes des produits et des services de votre univers Lapeyre (menuiseries, salle de bains ou cuisine).

Nous avons besoin de vous pour satisfaire le client et le fidéliser !

Votre mission en quelques mots :

Vous élaborez les objectifs et les budgets de votre univers, gérez et suivez votre compte d'exploitation.

Vous êtes responsable de la construction de l’offre de votre univers et des opérations commerciales.

Pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de votre univers, vous mobilisez et managez votre équipe de vendeurs conseil afin de développer leurs compétences et leur chiffre d’Affaires.

Enfin, vous veillez à la qualité et à l'animation de la salle d'exposition afin de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous serez amenés à travailler en transverse avec les Responsables des différents services du magasin.

Vous animez une équipe de vendeurs afin de réaliser les objectifs du magasin tout en satisfaisant nos clients.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie en gestion et en animation d’équipe de vente, dont au moins une expérience probante dans la vente à la GSB.

Votre goût du commerce et du challenge, votre sens du service client et votre dynamisme alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe vous permettront de réussir dans votre mission et d’évoluer au sein de l’enseigne.
