Description du poste

Ce poste est à pourvoir à Theix (56).

Quels enjeux ?

Rattaché au Directeur du magasin et membre du Comité de pilotage, vous animez et développez la prestation pose auprès de nos clients et la gestion des chantiers avec partenaires poseurs.

Votre mission en quelques mots :

Vous élaborez les objectifs et les budgets de votre secteur, gérez et suivez votre compte d'exploitation.

Avec l’aide de vos coordinateurs de chantier, vous organisez et supervisez les chantiers installation à domicile chez nos clients, de la prise en charge du devis jusqu’à la bonne fin des travaux.

Vous sélectionnez, animez et évaluez les partenaires poseurs afin de garantir un niveau d’excellence et la satisfaction des clients.

Vous supervisez la gestion des dossiers SAV Installation et les éventuels litiges en vous appuyant sur vos techniciens SAV et vos assistants installation.

Vous êtes aussi garant du respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers.

Quelle équipe pour vous accompagner ?

Vous serez amenés à travailler en transverse avec les Responsables des différents services du magasin.

Vous animez une équipe de coordinateurs de Chantier, Assistant(s) Installation et de poseurs afin de réaliser les objectifs de votre secteur tout en satisfaisant nos clients.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie en conduite de chantier de second œuvre et en animation d’équipe.

Votre fibre commerciale, votre sens du contact et du service clients, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme, alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe sont vos principaux atouts pour atteindre vos objectifs et pour évoluer au sein de l’enseigne
