Description du poste

Le (la) Responsable Technique assure le support technique interne et externe de l’entreprise. Il (elle) accompagne les équipes commerciales, le service client et les clients dans la définition, la faisabilité et la finalisation des projets de menuiseries, en garantissant la conformité technique, réglementaire et normative des solutions proposées.

Il (elle) contribue activement à la sécurisation des commandes, à l’optimisation technique des projets et à la satisfaction client.

Support technique et conseil

  • Apporter un appui technique aux équipes commerciales et aux services clients.
  • Conseiller les clients professionnels sur :Les caractéristiques produits et leurs performances techniques Les réglementations en vigueur Les conditions de mise en œuvre et de pose et les solutions chantiers
  • Analyser les cahiers des charges et identifier les contraintes techniques.

Études techniques et chiffrage

  • Réaliser les études de faisabilité technique.
  • Préparer et valider les devis complexes
  • Vérifier la cohérence technique et économique des offres et proposer des variantes si nécessaire

Préparation et sécurisation des commandes

  • Établir et contrôler les dossiers techniques avant mise en production.
  • Préparer les commandes spécifiques et vérifier la conformité des configurations

Conception et dessin technique

  • Réaliser des plans et détails techniques sur AutoCAD.

5. Force de proposition et amélioration continue

  • Participer à l’amélioration des gammes et des process et à la formation technique des équipes
  • Être force de proposition pour résoudre les problématiques techniques.

Qualifications

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des produits de menuiseries (PVC, aluminium et bois).
  • Connaissance des normes et réglementations du bâtiment.
  • Lecture et interprétation de plans architecturaux.
  • Maîtrise d’AutoCAD.
  • Capacité à réaliser des métrés et chiffrages techniques.
  • Capacité à défendre nos intérêts lors d’expertises chantiers,

Savoir-être

  • Manager une équipe de techniciens devis,
  • Rigueur et sens de l’analyse.
  • Esprit de synthèse et capacité à vulgariser des notions techniques.
  • Sens du service et orientation client.
  • Capacité à travailler en transversal avec plusieurs services.
  • Force de proposition et esprit d’initiative.
