Au sein du groupe Lapeyre, la business unit Lapeyre Industries (environ 2000 personnes et 300M€ de CA) regroupe 10 sites de production en France desservant les magasins Lapeyre ainsi que des clients externes.

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien Maintenance H/F pour notre usine pluritechnologique basée à Saint-Martin-sur-le-Pré (51)

Description du poste

• Optimiser le bon fonctionnement des équipements et réaliser la maintenance des équipements de production dans les domaines électrique, mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique et automatismes dans le respect des procédures, des règles d’hygiène et sécurité

• Diagnostiquer les arrêts et dysfonctionnements sur les équipements, analyser, synthétiser et proposer des améliorations

• Proposer et réaliser des travaux d’intervention de maintenance curative et améliorative. Anticiper les pannes en signalant tout travail préventif urgent.

• Apporter un conseil technique au sein de projets transverses dans le choix de nouveaux matériels et mise en œuvre des nouvelles installations

• Utiliser les outils de GMAO et respecter la mise à jour des documents techniques.

Qualifications

· BAC +2 dans la maintenance et robotique industrielle, avec expérience minimum de 2 ans

· Anglais : Intermédiaire / Technique (savoir dialoguer avec fournisseurs)

Connaissances techniques requises :

  • Solides compétences en mécaniques, électricité industrielle, pneumatique, hydraulique et automatisme.
  • Connaissance Logiciel MAINTA, PL7 Pro, Contrôle Expert, Tia Portal, Vijéo Designer, GP Pro Ex, CX designer (Omron) et/ou Variation Yaskawa, serait un plus
  • Connaissance robotique FANUC serait un plus
